We are living in a construction site. There is a construction area right next to our condo. Be aware. Do not pay waste your money, it is too noisy and dusty MON-SAT, until 7 pm.

Smeg white goods are installed in this condo. It sounds nice, but when you use them you will face lots of problems, especially the washer.

Management is not really responsive, you will learn patience from them. Rooms are small, and the gym has this strong mold smell coming from rubber floor already. They need to open windows and let fresh air get into that area. There are lots of condos with better swimming pools too. Pictures on the web look way better than...

Wow they purposely sealed off the toilet at the first level mall for customers to use. All the toilet signs lead to nothing. Couldn’t find a toilet after my meal here. Another uncle was struggling as well. Had to ask the restaurant staff who mentioned they purposely close the toilet here to prevent people from using.

This is just the beginning of how Singapore will degrade to be like Hong Kong when private developers pull this kind of stunt. So what if your asset prices are raising. Your quality of living on this island...

The security guard will suspect that you are trying to steal something from this "exclusive" and "extremely high class" condominium. Therefore, you cannot wait for your taxi or driver at the lobby. You need to wait outside even if it is only for 5 mins.
