Came here at 30th March at 11pm and got a Double Ultimate Angus Meal to take away. When I reached home and unwrapped it, the beef literally smelled like garbage and I went back (2 bus stops away from my house) to get an exchange. The manager smelled the burger and initially told me that its the smell of beef, which I disagreed. As someone who only eats beef burger from Burger King, I am 100% sure that the taste and smell is not normal, even a dog would run away from that smell. Eventually, the manager agreed to help me get a new burger. Even when I’m the only customer in the store, the staff would rather do their foodpanda and grabfood orders even when mine was just a simple burger exchange. It took more than 10mins for them to start preparing my burger. As I was able to look into the kitchen, I saw the staff putting the entire wrapped burger into the microwave. After taking it out from the microwave, he passed the burning hot wrap to me without a plastic bag and didn’t even bother to reply after I said thanks. As expected, the replaced one has the same taste and smell which I threw away afterwards and ended up having cup noodles for dinner. Wasted $15 but this will be my last visit to your outlet. With this kind of service and quality of food, you guys will definitely be out of...
Read moreStore has two conventional counters and two self check-out counters. Went in to see only one self check-out counter operational, three people in queue for this specific counter, and no staff manning the conventional counters.
A few of the staff were standing in a corner slightly obscured from general seating area seemingly idly, so i asked if they could turn on the other self check-out counter if they weren’t gonna man the conventional counters.
Staff said no, they intentionally turned it off to control order volume because they were swamped. While he was telling me this i was literally seeing staff doing nothing.
Granted, the staff doing nothing could be on their break, but there is zero logic in reducing the four POS stations to a single operational one, making customers stand in queue to order when they can just order first and take a seat to wait for their food.
This is not a novel or unreasonable expectation. Look...
Read moreIn need of a quick meal, we chose Burger King and ordered a Tendergrill Chicken set with Sprite and fries, along with a Mushroom Swiss Tendergrill Chicken. Both burgers were incredibly juicy, delivering the perfect bite.
The unexpected humor of the day came from the lively atmosphere—families with children were shouting at full volume, and the numbering screen for order collection was awkwardly tilted, making it difficult to read. While the server repeatedly called out queue numbers, we were waiting for ours to appear on the screen. From where we sat, "4073" and "4076" sounded almost identical, so we decided to check if it was actually our turn.
Despite the mix-up, Burger King’s Tendergrill chicken lived up to its signature juiciness, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. However, to better serve diners seated farther away, Burger King should consider installing a larger screen with bigger, clearer numbers for...
