We initially stepped into the store as my son only needed to grab a hand sanitizer, but we walked out with 4 hand sanitizers and 3 body washes - and most importantly, a very pleased and happy boy with his mummy today 😁

Aura went above and beyond her duties by recommending various popular and best-selling scents, and even suggested complementary items such as body washes since the store was having a promotion. Thanks to her thoughtful recommendation, we walked away with a great bargain 👍🏼

First we go in at this outlet seems ok. Service good , kuya Roel (kudos to him) he really provide us a good service, assist us also tells us which is nice product here so happy that time then suddenly we pay at the counter. Then we make it short. At the counter now for payment got this lady ask us if member we gave the hp number then never go thru,we tried again other hp number then she reply us "no need,its ok?!!" Like she dont even want to key in the hp number. Then she saw the candle holder, she sarcastically ask her colleague that the candle holder my wife is holding is what she wants to buy.. she has to change this kind of attitude.. its my wife first time to experience this kind of customer service from...
