From Believer to Disappointed ā What Happened to Snap Fitness Woods Square?
I really wanted to love this place. In fact, I did. I chose Snap Fitness because it was marketed as a modern, progressive brand ā and I was excited to be part of it. But after weeks of waiting and hoping for things to improve at Woods Square, Iām honestly disappointed enough to start looking elsewhere.
This is supposedly the flagship or at least a corporate-run outlet ā so why does it feel like the most neglected one? ⢠The menās toilet door has been faulty for weeks, and no oneās bothered to fix it. ⢠The showers look worn down, with the fixtures' paint chipped off, looking so old, and an air filter so dusty it clearly hasnāt been cleaned in months. ⢠Soap dispensers are unreliable, often empty, and when theyāre filled, the pumps barely work. Thereās no fixed routine. ⢠The bathroom sink counter has plenty of space, but water just spills everywhere. No drainage, no tissues, no way to clean it up. Itās unhygienic. ⢠Large lockers feel unstable, with loose, creaky hinges that make you wonder if theyāll fall apart. ⢠Gym equipment has chipped paint and rust, and thereās been zero sign of repair or maintenance for ages.
Itās not just the physical condition ā itās the lack of care. Snap Fitness was supposed to be a disruptor. But every outlet feels different now, and not in a good way. I understand itās a franchise model, but without any real brand standard across outlets, it becomes a messy, frustrating experience for loyal members like me.
I kept telling myself, āThis is the flagship. Surely, theyāll fix it soon.ā But weeks have passed, and still ā nothing.
If you want to be taken seriously as a premium fitness brand, the bare minimum is keeping your flagship outlet clean, safe, and consistent. Right now, even other chains like Anytime Fitness are starting to look like a better option ā and thatās hard to say, because I really believed in Snap.
One more thing: Please consider introducing a private feedback channel, like an anonymous Google Form. No one wants to leave negative reviews. But if no oneās listening internally, this becomes the only way to be heard.
I hope this sparks real change. Iād love to stay. But somethingās...

One of the best things about Snap Fitness is its convenient location in the neighbourhood. This makes to fit a workout into their daily routine, without having to travel far. The gym is also open 24 hours daily, which is a huge advantage for those who have busy schedules.
Another great aspect of Snap Fitness is that it is not crowded. Despite being conveniently located and offering a variety of equipment and services, the gym manages to maintain a comfortable and spacious atmosphere. Members can enjoy their workouts without feeling cramped or crowded, which is a big plus for anyone who prefers a more peaceful and relaxed fitness environment.
This makes it a great option for those who may feel overwhelmed or intimidated by larger, busier gyms.
The facilities at Snap Fitness are clean and well-maintained, with a variety of equipment available for use. Whether you prefer cardio machines or free weights, you'll find everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.
Overall, I would highly recommend Snap Fitness to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness facility. The convenience, quality of facilities and equipment, and friendly staff make it an excellent choice for anyone serious about their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSnap Fitness at Woods Square is a good gym overall, but there are some issues that stand out, especially considering the pricing. The soap in the showers isnāt labeled, which raises concerns about whether itās a proper body wash or a 2-in-1 body and shampoo product. This is the same issue I noticed at 888 Plaza, but at the Prinsep outlet, the soap is labeled and comes in a better containerāsomething Woods Square should adopt.
Additionally, the shower facilities leave much to be desired. The shower head is not strong enough, and the plastic is loose, causing it to drip and feel like it might fall down.
While the staff are friendly and say hello, I wish they would make more of an effort to engage with members. It would be great to see them try to get to know the members and form a community to bring everyone together.
Towels are also not provided, which I feel should be a standard offering at this price range. Although I donāt mind bringing my own, having towels available would be a nice touch.
In terms of machine variety, I expected more, especially given the space. Other outlets like Prinsep manage to offer a better selection of equipment despite having a much...
