Clementi — Local services in Singapore

Ms Nesah, passagers’ ambassador at platform B is very helpful, polite n patient to explain to me when I double checked with her if the train is heading to tuas link. She explained to me that during peak hours 7-10am at Clementi, platform b will have trains that go to Joo Koon as final destination and another train to tuas link. She also has pointed to me where to view the above information.

I also observed that she is diligent to take control of the crowd and make announcement to give way to alighting passengers; when the train has red light blinking, she will alert customers that fires are closing soon n passengers to move in train speedily n safely; she will actually follow the last passenger who is entering the train to make safe.

What a wonderful scene to see a wonderful lady like Ms Nesah. She devoted to her role as ambassador and now to customers and say thanks to customers humbly with a big smile (though she wears a mask, I can see her smile in her eyes...

Very convenient as the big shopping mall and market is located really close to MRT station. The shopping mall is linked directly from MRT and there’re many shops and restaurant inside!:)

post office at this shopping mall has a long queue always when I go there though... (Opening time, morning , lunch time, it’s crowded...but I am not sure how it will be on the afternoon and evening as I have never been visited during...
