Disappointed by Staff Attitude at This Location
I usually enjoy visiting this Starbucks, especially because many of the staff are warm and welcoming. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Sue, who was extremely rude and dismissive.
I was purchasing the Egg White & Cheddar Wrap, which was clearly labeled at $6.70. Yet Sue repeatedly insisted the price was $6.90, without offering any explanation or acknowledging the discrepancy. When I pointed out the mismatch, she acted as if it wasn’t a valid concern—despite the fact that transparent pricing is a basic legal requirement. It’s not about refusing to pay $6.90—it’s about being informed and respected as a customer.
To make matters worse, she kept telling me to “hurry up and pay,” even though the delay was due to my bank’s processing time, not any hesitation on my part. Her tone was unnecessarily aggressive and made me feel blamed for something beyond my control.
This store has many great team members, but Sue’s behavior really lowers the standard. I hope management takes this seriously and reinforces the importance of respectful communication and price...

I encountered one of the worst customer service. someone named Sue was the one taking my order. these were the issues : I wanted to redeem 2 birthday vouchers (1x free drink and 1x free cake with drink purchased). For the longest time, I could redeem both vouchers in one transaction but Sue told me that I could not but she did not let me know before I paid or even offered to split the transaction for me. her attitude was bad and rude and she was impatient when I asked her about it. I asked for a raspberry blackcurrant blended juice but i wanted more tea and less syrup but she did not key it in or told her colleague about the customisation. I tried to order an iced chamomile tea but Sue told me I can only order hot? I order that all the time but suddenly I could only order hot?
Overall, it was a horrible experience. Sue was very impatient and rude with us and it ruined my day.

I was served by barista Sharon whose initial service towards me was of impatience and unfriendliness. If you're gonna be impatient with me, then at least be fast with your service. But no, on top of this terrible service, she was slow, asked what can she tell me about a tea and all she can say it's black tea. Fine. Got my order wrong due to her own impatience. I guess she didn't even pay attention to my order. She also couldn't even find the order on the cashier. She wanted to be impatient yet she caused the service to be slow with her own errors.
I wanted tea latte and got served some sugary sweet concoction. The barista couldn't even tell me what this drink is when I clearly asked for explanation. I would've avoided this order if I knew, if only the barista provided me with that when I asked for more info right.
