came here few times before, and the clinic always closed, sometimes extended few days of holiday, sometimes just simply put the closing notice there and bla bla bla, the operating hours was so random and unfixed. Today reached here at 2.40pm and the receptionist told me the registration is closed, I am like what the??? Come on lar, I saw your previous comments mentioned the registration only close 15mins before the closing time, what the heck is this? Super unprofessional, many excuses just wanted to get off work earlier. Then better don’t operate a clinic, kinder-garden more suitable, can’t understand how they operate the clinic. Didn’t even have a single chance to see doctor here, wasting my travelling time, getting more sick. Definitely a big NO NO to this clinic, no more next time, I will rather visit the clinic opposite the Admiralty mrt instead. Choose the stable operating hours clinic instead of a “depending-luck” clinic.
Reply to your reply: You mentioned the early closing was due to the high volume of patients, don’t make jokes. I saw there’s only 2-3 patients sitting in the clinic during that day, how you define the “high volume”? Pls be professional, this is not...
Read moreClinic assistant verbally without checking or asking me questions replied …”it’s $5 for a copy!!”, when I requested a copy of a MC belong to my 2yrs old toddler. It’s not a matter of $$, it’s the blatant rudeness by the way she said it like as thou it’s a big deal. Could have just say with a smile “sure we can do that, but just to inform you there’s a service charge of $5 for a copy. You’re in a service industry after all, no harm in being kind..and it wasn’t even crowded to begin with. Was there at 6pm when they just opened for the evening session. Not going to bring myself nor my kids here ever again, I rather travel to My Doctor clinic across the street who can provide a basic service with smiles. To make matter worse, they actually given my wife who came to the clinic with my toddler the invoice with another patients MC. My wife was in a rush cos my boy wasn’t feeling well and didn’t check and only realised...
Read moreI saw Dr. Peter Looi today (24th Sept 2025) for migraine concerns and had a very disappointing experience. When I explained that I’ve had migraines since childhood, he repeatedly cut me off and kept insisting “no, it’s not migraine” without allowing me to properly describe my symptoms. Despite asking me to explain, he would interrupt after just a few words and gave me a smug, mocking look that felt extremely dismissive.
His tone was dismissive, argumentative, and at one point he even raised his voice, loud enough that my mother outside the room heard it.
As a patient, I expect to be heard and taken seriously, especially when describing a long standing health issue. Instead, I felt brushed off and disrespected. This was unprofessional...
