Nikki and Henry from Hearts Funeral Singapore were very friendly, receptive and helpful while helping us to organise a funeral for my relative. We were offered a good variety of tentage and coffins for selection. Nikki/Henry are on site to manage the funeral to ensure smooth running from the start to the end of the funeral and they were also quick to respond to our queries and to address our needs. They've even helped us to source for a Tibetian chanting service as requested. We find the pricing for the entire funeral service package reasonable and affordable. They have been very professional and pro-active and have given us good advice. Some of our friends/relatives who came to pay their last respect to the deceased have also expressed that they were impressed by the standard of service that Hearts Funeral Singapore has provided. Had the opportunity to engage Hearts Funeral twice (unfortunately) during the past month. They were always prompt in replying, managing the entire funeral from start to end, we were hands-free for the entire duration - starting from body collection, to booking common space & setting up tentage, providing supplies, traditional prayers, cremation processes, ash collection & inurnment. The contractors / suppliers under them were also kind & understanding towards our family’s needs. Funeral packages were priced very fairly compared to some others that my family was comparing with. They also helped advised & calarified our questions wrt our Chinese customs, Buddhist, Taoist & Freethinker funerals. We contacted Nikki on 17 Jun to plan the funeral for my father in law. It was a very last minute plan as he passed away unexpectedly. Nikki provided extremely good service by coming down to the hospital personally at 3am to liaise with us on the logistic preparation for the wake etc. She helped to book the venue for the wake and coordinated a lot of the items required throughout the 3 day wake. We are also pleased with the quick turnaround to send us schedule and the wake details for us to send to our friends and family.
