We had visited a couple of bridal studios prior to settling with MDW. Initially our priority was the gown designs but after visiting MDW and seeing their portfolios for PWS and also actual photo album of another couple, we decided to sign with MDW on the spot. Christine who attended to us was very friendly and easy to talk to. She understands what we want and tried to accommodate to our needs. Their package is very extensive and price is quite reasonable.

Although their gown collection for PWS is not as wide as I like it to be, I still managed to pick out 3 gowns of my liking. Krystal who is our gown consultant was extremely professional. I tried at least 15-20 gowns which took us about a total of 4-5 hours but Krystal never once complained and she patiently fit all my gowns and gave advice along the way. She did of course tried to upsell us to get 1 or 2 gowns from the AD collection but was not very pushy which was good. Couples may want to research the themes or locations of your shoot before you come for the gown fitting.

On the PWS day, the gowns and suits were all altered to the right size and fitted perfectly. Our MUA is Lynn. We could decide quickly on which hair to go with which gown and location after I briefly told her what hairdo I wanted. I opted for a natural makeup look which Lynn pulled off quite well. Lynn also did her best to make my eyes look perfect after I told her my concerns. She is meticulous and very very good with hair styling. Overall, I am very satisfied with all of my looks.

Our PWS photographer is David. He is extremely friendly and funny, making the atmosphere super light and easy. We had no stress during the shoot at all. He was also very patient in teaching us how to pose and kept looking for the perfect spot for photos. At the first location I was worried our photos may all turn out looking very Korean style but after communicating with David along the way and told him we wanted more candid, fun and also some RBF shots, he quickly accommodated to our requests. The shoot itself lasted for almost 8 hours. We were all exhausted by the end of the shoot but David was still very enthusiastic. We are very impressed by his professionalism! Couples can trust him to take the best photos for you. The photos all turned out so well. We are super impressed by the skills of David and we have a whole lot of different varieties of photos to choose from. We are so glad that David was assigned to us as our photographer.

Sherlin is our photo consultant. She patiently waited for us to choose our photos which was about 200 photos. It took us 3.5hrs in total to finalise our photos and Sherlin never once rush us. She also gave us advices on which photos to choose when we couldn’t decide between two or three photos. Like all bridal studio do, she asked if we wanted to add on more photos into our album but wasn’t too pushy and was very professional throughout even though we kept rejecting her. We have to admit at least 80% of the photos are album worthy but due to our budget constraints, we only added 2 more photos in the end.

We are very satisfied with MDW services and professionalism so far. Looking forward to see our photo album and also choosing our AD...

To Amy: That small looking lady who have lots of strength carrying all those gown in the out the fitting room.. thanks for helping me in my fitting all the way from 530pm to 10pm and she is really observant in knowing what kind of gown/fit you like and will get something similar or suggest something even nicer😊Although all her colleagues is waiting for her to celebrate her birthday that night she continue to stay professional and making sure that I try on all the gown I wanted and that I have at least 3 gown that I really like 👍.. 她很专业

To Mico (makeup artist cum 保姆): Thanks for helping me with my makeup and hairdo yesterday 😊谢谢你把我们弄的美美帅帅的🥰 she will constantly make sure our makeup and hairdo is on the point 🥰 she even went that extra mile to go get drinks for us so that we don’t get dehydrated as well as making sure that I eat and don’t faint during the shoot 👍👍 Mico prepared a box of sweet sweet fruits for us and gave us so many Taiwan snack just to make sure I eat and be able to pull through the long hours of shooting 💕💕 she even placed a cooling wet tissue on my shoulder after a sunny shoot at botanical garden. So so thoughtful 😭😭 last but not least she even ask if I’m done with photo shoot and ask me to go eat and rest well for the night 😘😘😘 她很体贴

Thanks for being the best GPS in guiding us on the route to botanical garden/ national gallery and Marina Bay sand 👍👍 he also know the way really well to the locations of the shoot so that you don’t need to do so much detouring or walking ( this is really important for the bride cause our gown it’s really heavy)😊😊 don’t know how to pose and scare of awkward posing? Don’t worry if David is ur photographer cause he will teach you how to pose and give u suggestion just to make your photo look so much better 🙏🙏 Let him know what kind of photo you like and he will fulfilled your wish as much as possible or will suggest something even better ! Also, thanks for going all the way out just to arrange and placed my gown properly just to look extra gorgeous during the shoot. He even went to QC the location while we do our makeup and know which angle and place will produce a better photo 👍👍Can’t wait for those photos you took and thanks for the whole day of effort and service 👍😘🥰💕 他很敬业

I stumbled upon MDW vendor while attending a wedding fair, initially just scouting for hotel options for my big day. Their package, which included a pre-wedding photoshoot and actual-day services.

For our pre-wedding shoot, we were expecting some hiccup since it will be hand over to another team in JB which we didn't know what to expect. However, it went smoothly! They made the entire process seamless. They were incredibly organized, sharing detailed notes on what to prepare and expect before our shoot. Their expertise in anticipating potential challenges for couples truly put us at ease.

Shout-out to Samantha and Ally, who made every fitting session such a pleasant experience. Their friendliness and warm personalities instantly put us at ease, ensuring the sessions never felt awkward or rushed. What stood out most was their professionalism. No matter what wedding-related questions we threw at them, they always had helpful answers and advice. Even during busy times when the shop was filled with other couples, they never lost their smiles or warmth which felt so genuine.

On our actual wedding day, I was blown away by the dedication and professionalism of the team assigned to us. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, making us feel special and supported throughout the day.

MUA (Makeup Artist): Su See Su See is truly talented! Her skill in creating flawless, heavy makeup looks without making me appear older is exceptional which not all makeup artists possess this skill. She made me feel beautiful and confident throughout the day.

Photographer: David David is undoubtedly a seasoned professional. His friendly interactions made everyone comfortable and ready for the shots. Beyond his role as a photographer, he also gave us invaluable advice from his experience, even on matters unrelated to the shoot. His energy and guidance brought the best out of everyone, and we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer.

Videographer: Henry Henry was the perfect complement to David’s energy. While he was quieter, his professionalism and friendliness stood out. Knowing that many of us were nervous about being on camera, he was able to share his ideas and process before filming, which helped us relax. Even when we had multiple NG (no good) takes due to shyness, he was patient and laughed along with us. We peeped at the morning highlights and was amazed! He maybe the quiet person in team, but trust his work.

Overall Experience The entire experience with My Dream Wedding was seamless and enjoyable. The only downside was the difficulty with roadside parking near their location, but that’s beyond their control. While their packages may not be the cheapest, the quality of their services and professionalism made every cent worth it.
