Organic Express Hair Color Lab — Local services in Singapore

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 04/10/2024 My past two experiences at the hair color lab, beautifully executed by stylist Jay Lee, were truly delightful. Unfortunately, today I encountered a distressing level of customer service that left a lasting impact on me. I brought along my friend to introduce this salon to her.

We were two elderly who has trouble walking. Upon reaching the salon at 1130hrs, I was informed by Stylist Mans that there were no slots available until 1230hrs and told to come back afterwards around 1230hrs and WhatsApp them prior to going over.

I did not WhatsApp them before going over because I have already informed Stylist Mans specifically that I will be back at 1230hrs after lunch.

Upon reaching back at the salon at 1230hrs, I was then informed by a front desk lady that they have accepted another customer already and the next available slot is at 1430hrs. She then highlighted that I failed to WhatsApp them before reaching which is why they have accepted another customer.

This is totally unreasonable and unacceptable because I have already specifically mentioned that I will be back after lunch and the WhatsApp text to them should NOT be a form of booking when I have already mentioned that I will be back at 1230hrs lunch.

If they were to admit their mistake that it is a form of miscommunication and lapse on their end, I will not pursue the matter. However, they just decided to blame it on the fact that I did not WhatsApp them which is why they accepted...

I just had the most amazing time at Organic Express Salon in Downtown East, and I have to share how awesome it was! The vibe in the salon is super chill and relaxing, making it the perfect place to kick back and get pampered. What really stood out to me was how laid-back the staff were – no pushy sales pitches here! Everyone was so professional and clearly knew their stuff.

Let me tell you about Mans – this guy is a rockstar! He was so patient and really listened to what I wanted. Mans totally nailed it, addressing all my needs and then some. He even took the time to school me on how to take care of my hair properly, which was super helpful.

But wait, it gets better! Mans also gave me the most epic head massage. It was like pure bliss, and I left feeling like a million bucks.

I am so thrilled that finally there is a salon that uses organic products that is perfect for sensitive skin/scalp. Their products smell great and no chemical smell for hair dyes too.

I’ve come here for hair dye, scalp and hair treatment and also cut. Personally the hair dye and scalp is my preference compared to the hair treatment which I’d prefer if it includes a steaming option (it’s a diff tech here with an oxygen spray gun).
