FOODLAND — Local services in Bratislava

This is my go-to spot to buy Asian groceries. They have every condiment you need, to make kimchi :) They have great prices and an amazing variety of quality products. The customer service is incredible. When I pick up, they’re friendly and helpful. When my order is delivered, it is neatly and safely packed. I’m a regular customer and as long as I’m in Bratislava, this is the place I will shop at.

I also like the fact that there are always new products to choose from. I just bought some bubble milk tea...

The only place where I shop for asian ingredients (and I come from a city 500kms away!). Best selection of fresh herbs, frozen goods, noodles...The only place where I could get my hands on a Cuckoo rice cooker. Prices on site are lower than on their website, but works well and fast when one cant make it to Bratislava. Ps: they also offer some yummy cooked ready to eat food (like sesame balls with bean paste) next to the cash register. Try it, you...

Zatial katastrofa. Objednavka poslana cez e-shop a zaplatena. Ziadna odpoved na email ohladom prebratia tovaru, cely den sa nedalo dovolat na ziadne z telefonnych cisiel, ziadna odpoved na messanger. Horsiu komunikaciu zo shopom som v zivote nezazil.

Doplnam recenziu - ukazalo sa ze bola pokazena telefonna ustredna. Majitel sa mi osobne ospravedlnil ked som si bol vyzdvihnut tovar. Jedna hviezdicka dole za ten komunikacny skrat - instrukcie na osobny odber su bohuzial nejasne (objednavky cez e-shop sa snazime vybavit v ramci 3-4 pracovnych dni. Odber osobny mozny po potvrdeni objednavky a s vopred dohodnutym terminom). Na email kde som sa pytal ci ich potvrdzovaci email s textom "objednavka potvrdena" znamena, ze si mozem prist po tovar, nikto 24 hodin neodpovedal a kedze som sa vobec nevedel dovolat je jasne aky som mal povodne pocit. Mail ktory som dostal nie je tiez velmi priatelsky ale chapem ze slovencina nie je rodny jazyk majitela. Je vidno za zakaznik je dolezity...
