A Security guard was walking around without a mask with an excuse that he was drinking a cold drink. He should go to his guard room, drink and enjoy his cold drink and then go back on patrol with his mask on. He is forgetting that he is representing his employer and the Centre and his actions and rudeness are unacceptable. I asked him to put on his mask and HE complained to other shoppers.Thats not his place to get sympathy from other customers. Security Gaurds and those in similar positions often forget that they are also advertisements for potential clients who would hire their firm's services. The road in front of dairy exchange is a total disaster when dilivery lories are offloading. Customers have to stand que behind the dilivery vehicles for 15 minutes or more. Customers have to stand que against the opposite wall of Dairy Ex. With all the customerrs for dairy exch I am sure the staff could have thought of a better way to serve their overflow. But of cause they are not the people standing in the sun so why worry?? Access park's parking is to the detrement of their customers.
