Recently reached out to Dylan to inquire about hosting a day for our Amarok drivers from Vag Spec Centre, with seven branches nationwide. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
Right from the start, Dylan interrupted me and brusquely asked, "Have you seen our website?" and "What does it say?" His condescending attitude was shocking and made it clear that he was not interested in hearing my proposal. I felt dismissed and unvalued as a potential customer.
Given that The Dunes website directed me to his page for contact, I expected a more professional and courteous interaction. Instead, I encountered rudeness that has left a sour taste. As a result, our 200+ customers will now be seeking alternative venues that prioritize great service and professionalism.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This experience was truly unacceptable. I hope the management takes note and addresses these issues.
The sarcasm in your response just proves my case. If you had any respect for your customers, you would address the concerns at hand. Not insult someone that wanted to do business with you. Read moreWent sandboarding with Dylan and Peter and did Quadbikes with Colt (Head Out Adventures). Had a great time! Peter showed us useful sandboarding techniques, waxed our boards, and made sure my sister and I were comfortable and had a fun time! Had a smile on his face the whole time and he also took awesome pictures and videos of us! We had a lot of fun racing down the dunes with him =) Riding up the dunes in the truck was also fun and convenient! Colt was also awesome with the Quadbikes. We got stuck with a slower group and he took us out on our own for a bit to go a bit faster on the dunes while the others took pics. Got our moneys worth! Most fun I’ve ever had,...
Read moreThoroughly enjoyed my trip to the sand dunes. It's both a place for activities, photoshoots and just wondering around and appreciating the nature reserve. I recommend taking a flask you won't leave behind, sun glasses,a wide brim hat and appropriate shoes depending on what you're doing. Note their is an access fee and vending machines that use cards and cash. Also be mindful that if you're eating stuff in wrappers you need to carry it in your bag as they do not have bins for the purpose of protecting the environment and discouraging the animals from foraging for things they aren't...
