Game Bethlehem — Local services in Dihlabeng Local Municipality

We wanted to purchase a blender using the price beat and the manager said we can not do a price beat with online stores such as Takealot whereas the terms and conditions differ.The manager walked away with no interest and we walked out to rather buy the item online.This is not the first time I have recieved poor service at this Game store as the manager lady was rude and did not care weather we purchased or not.She did not ask us how much the price beat difference was as it was only R50 but instead you...

I have yet got to come across another store, that is so willing to assist, helpfull and friendly, as Game in the Dihlabeng Mall, in Bethlehem.

We live in East London and whenever l need anything special, they are a telephone call away! Within days, l receive the call, informing me that the goods have arrived.

Needless to say, l have tried it with our local stores, as it would save time and cost of travelling! No luck!

Apart from the constant indifference I've experienced from the staff since opening (try and get anyone to help you in the electronics or household appliances department. You have to hunt them down).
