The nursery itself has a lovely selection. Very well priced and laid out. I feel that we should be able to pay for the zoo entry at the zoo entrance. Instead of going back to the front section. The animals are lovely and well cared for. But… the coffee shop… appalling service. I went to the counter to order coffee (they don’t attend to you outside). Was told to browse the menu and they would come and take my order. Sat for about 20 minutes, no waitress. Decided to go inside again to order. 2 staff members having a conversation. Ignored me at the counter. Then one left and the other went into the kitchen. Waited a while longer. Then decided to leave. They obviously don’t need our business. There were only 2 tables occupied at the time. No one appeared to have any food. If there is a problem and you are unable to serve food, please communicate to your potential customers instead of...

My visit to Amalinda Nursery was truly unforgettable. The petting zoo's friendly and gentle animals made for a delightful experience. The entry fee was R15 per person and the pet zoo food bowl was R7.

We also enjoyed breakfast at the nursery cafe, adding an extra egg to our meals, and were impressed by the impeccable cakes - the chocolate orange tart and carrot cake were standout choices. Our server provided exceptional service with a wonderful attitude.

Overall, the experience was perfect, a rare achievement. The nursery is impressive in scale, featuring koi fish, bonsai trees, fruit trees, and varied garden decor, with helpful staff on hand. I strongly recommend visiting Amalinda Nursery for its mouthwatering cakes, adorable animals, and picturesque gardens - an experience you will...

Cafe at amalinda nursery, best coffee milkshakes, the babalaas bowl it's a must try, it's an all in one and very filling, the cheesy sauce and bacon fries is a large portion enough to share on 2 side plates for the kids. I have always been satisfied with everything I have ordered on the menu so far and portion size. Definitely value for money. The atmosphere is quiet and tranquil. The zoo and playground area keep the kids active for hours. FYI: They also make one of the best brownies I've had in town😍

Loved this nursery. It is divided into different sections and a pleasure to shop. Prices are really reasonable. Very nice Tea Garden. The little zoo for the children was a pleasant surprise.
