KFC Amalinda — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

Went to drive thru to place my order , was informed to wait by the parking lot for my order. Waited for more than 25 minutes while other cars received their orders, one of the cars came while I was waiting and received their order before me. Eventually went inside to ask about my order. First they looked shocked thinking they have served everyone at the parking lot. Had to inform the what the order was. One lady pointed at an order at the counter and it was my order. Me and my friends had ordered our meals online and when we got to the store we confirmed on the app that we are here for our order. We ended up waiting 2 hours for our meals cause that lady who deals with online orders expected us to come to her and say we have arrived for our orders, her logic was she can't prepare an order for someone she can physically see at the store.
