BUCO Port Elizabeth North End — Local services in Eastern Cape

Pathetic service from buco north end port Elizabeth , I paid for trusses on Thursday for delivery. Friday they said it’s short notice they can’t deliver, they will deliver the Monday. On Monday? On Monday morning I followed up with Luke and this was his response “ Morning. I just got off the phone with the truss plant. Our loads are full today. We will do our best to try and get it to you today otherwise it will be tomorrow morning”. Today it’s Tuesday and I still don’t have the trusses. When I called buco north end to speak to the Manager I am told trucks are out and they plan deliveries a week in advance. And now they will try again Wednesday . The project timeline is being delayed. It’s like the delivery side and the sales people are not in sync 😡. Really...
