Dealing with various suppliers throughout South Africa, you tend to build up relationships over time. This frequently smooths out the process but with Herholdts PE team, I can not start to explain how great they are compared to various other suppliers in PE.

The staff, from the front of house to the back is friendly, helpful and go out of their way to assist you. Their prices are not always the best, but sometimes it is just worth it to spend a little more with someone who is willing to help!

Cindy, Mike, Michael, Morne and many more. Generally I don't even bother to remember the names as they either don't last or don't do their job by calling you back when they said they will; so far, they have called me back, offered me solutions when I am out of ideas and always try to give me the best prices!

Highly recommend the PE team, they are amazing, from reception to delivery! well done guys!

Always great service from all the staff. Super friendly and always makes you feel welcome and at home. Whenever suggestion is raised about keeping certain items to help us to make it a one stop shop, great effort is being made to try and stock these items for us as customers. Special thanks to Johandre Niemand for always assisting us in generating quotes and going the extra mile in doing so to even source items that's not in stock. Whenever there is uncertainty he will always help and get back with a solution. Also thanks to Duane for assisting when Johandre is not available and for the super friendly service and jokes to make your day. Last but not least thanks to Jurie and his team at the back for always helping as quick as they can and going the extra mile whether its a extra strap, a empty pallet or bubble wrap...

Brilliant service from friendly staff who are knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to look after their customers.

Only a pleasure dealing with Dwané at counter sales, including all the other sales consultants. Everything from ordering to collection is an absolute breeze, and the paperless invoicing etc. helps to maintain our documents online and at hand. I have never had a days issue with anything and can only rate them as high as possible. Service in P.E leaves a lot to be desired, and dealing with Herholdts...
