We were shocked with the treatment we received from a so called "Mr Ian Muller", this person was extremely rude, arrogant and blatantly full of himself. The sundridge Postnet promised on 19/11 that our parcel would be delivered in JHb on Friday 20/11 during the day. Clearly this wasn't the case, we called to track the parcel and we were told that the parcel will only be delivered on Monday 23/11.We than called the sundridge village postnet and boy oh boy did the staff and so called owner put up a tantrum, they were extremely & verbally abusive. It was clear that they don't understand or refuse to understand was customer service or customer courtesy is or mean. They were all outright disrespectful since we're followed up on the parcel tracking and delivery. We got hold of Aramex who is supposed to deliver the parcel and made alternative arrangements to get our parcel. Then we called the sundridge village postnet to advise them of the arrangement, because they were to incompetent to make arrangements or to even try. That's when this person" Ian Muller " started behaving like a maniac on the phone and said we can report them he does not care and we can go to hell for all he cares. This service experience, telephone manners and attitude at the Sundridge Village Postnet was extremely bad and outright disappointing. I will ensure that none of my friends, family and everyone I know ever deal with the people at Sundridge...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA fabulous little center. Has a big Spar, a Woolies and many other stores. Lots of eating places too. The only problem is PARKING or lack there of, one has to get there early to find a parking spot. This little center is well worth a visit. Big changes ahead, Continental butchery is moving into the space where the post office used to be, the clothes shop opposite Vangelis the jewelleries is now a pet shop. Thr biltong shop always has good biltong. Anew coffee shop where the Post Office used to be So this center is growing. My only gripe is the parking, get there early or you will battle to find a spot otherwise all good. A lot of changes at Sunridge Village, Woolworths have expanded a d it is going to makexa big difference, the store will be much larger. The shop shop/Bookshop Sunridge Exchange has left the Village and is now at Metlife Plaza and the baking shop is now in their old premisesp it . Lots of per shops now. The Wimpy has been refurbished, new chairs and decor but still with all the lovely waitresses. All in all still a lovely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell, apparently here everyone knows everyone except for me. I used to do my daily shopping here when I had just moved in to PE⦠but still no one knows me and I donāt know everyone.
Anyway, jokes aside, youāll get a good shopping experience here as the people are friendly and there are good shops in and around. Thereās a Postnet, Wimpy, Spar including Tops as well as a bakery shop amongst the lot⦠Thereās also a whole Pub and Grill around the corner close to the Romans Pizza side.
How could I forget that thereās a Shell garage nearby for refuelling if you need fuel. On a rainy day it might be tricky to get around the area as itās built similar to a plaza so rain protection is not a lot. Thereās ample free parking but at times it gets congested and I opt to park outside the complex next to the two friendly gentlemen who makes arts and crafts from wire. Overall, itās a good place for the family and everyone and perfectly...
