This is probably the worst massage I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’m not sure if the late appointment contributed to the therapist doing a sub standard job as she was probably tired. Firstly, we arrived on time at 18:00 and our session only started at 18:40 as there was a therapist that was not done in the other room and she was supposed to come and assist us. There was no apology for this delay. Then I requested hot stones and they brought these stones and heated them. The lady kept on changing them, at some point she ran a broken stone that scratched my back. There was just commotion in the room, noise , it wasn’t a calming experience at all. Then her actual treatment was almost non existent, It felt like a child was massaging me. She wouldn’t concentrate on tense points in my back, she would just touch and go … honestly I will never go back to that place. They are unprofessional, I told them at the end of my treatment about my horrible experience at reception and they didn’t even bother to ask for the feedback on what exactly I didn’t like. A total waste of my time on a Friday...

As a regular customer to the different Kai thai spa branches today was the worst experience and I'm very very disappointed with the treatments received at Kai Thai Spa Midrand branch. My online booking were made in advance a week ago. I booked for treatments of 4 hours in total to start at 12pm. As I'm coming from far this was the only time available for me to have the treatments. During the course of the week my booking had been changed 3 times by the Midrand branch from the initial therapist I booked ended up with a Temp therapist. With my arrival on site today the Temp therapist were not available and an inexperienced therapist (With reference to the specific treatments booked) were allocated to me. After 4 hours into the treatments not even 50% were completed and I left as that was the time set aside. The Midrand branch could have contacted me prior to my visit for me to make alternative arrangements or they could have directed me to one of the other branches. I will not visit the Midrand...
