After a long day at work and up and down to hospital with a sick husband, all I needed was a quick pizza for myself and child. The driver had no airtime and got lost, who allows a delivery to happen with no airtime and no data. The food was ice cold and got told you not happy send it back. Now ok still stuck with no food and need to leave again for hospital. Then was told seems you fussy should order food, it can just be reheated or send it and with the driver and we will reheat it if you don't know how? really?? Places like this should not be supported if they can't even ensure the drivers one knows where they go and at least have flippen airtime to google his way. We've been long standing clients and would have even been happy if she said on he next order will give you 20 % off or something. I don't want free food. People must stop thinking when people complain they want free food. I want service! Acknowledge that I am your customer and offer fresh food and then you can take this back or...

If I could rate a zero I would, these people served me chicken wings with chicken that is bad, from the first bite I could smell how bad the chicken was. I called them to complained only for the lady to tell me they only noticed when I had left, and am like no ways you will cook chicken that is bad and not know it is bad, they said they will redo fresh chicken for me. I had to drive back there, they couldn’t even bear the smell of the chicken they served.and I thought So you have the bad and good chicken and you choose who to give the good or bad one too....

Dont care about a complaint lodged because she (Anousha) is the owner.
