Pizza Perfect Verwoerd Park — Local services in Gauteng

Last night we decided to order their chicken wings and their crumbed chicken, bacon and avo burger and the meal was really underwhelming. The wings were drenched in oil (when we took them out of the bag the oil ran down my arm and all over the table) and the size of the wings were tiny. We paid R223 for 20 wings that we’re technically only worth 10 in meat to coating ratio. My burger had the smallest thinnest chicken breast that was so overcooked I took it off and just ate the avo and bacon and the bread. The chips tasted old and weren’t even slightly seasoned. I usually love ordering takeaways from here because their service is great but the food quality has gone down hill. If you’re going to be charging what you’re charging for food, please ensure that the quality meets that same value. I am really disappointed and hope that they do better next time. The worst service I have ever received. Their customer service is horrible from the management/boss to the employees. I called in at 18:40pm to place an order and was just put to wait on the line with no explanation twice over, 3rd and 4th call the line was dropped while I was on the line giving my order. We have recently moved to the area and didn't know their operating hours so we decided to drive to there because we were not being assisted over the phone. Upon our arrival I realised they were already closing, I guess the reason for them hanging up the phone on us, I knocked on the window just to explain how I was ill treated on the phone only to be treated even worse by the boss. He didn't bother to listen to my side of the story and told me off as though i was there to beg from him or something. My family and I have never felt so ill...

I bought us Pizza there on Thursday 02/12/2021. Firstly, I have been buying from them for about 15 years, and food was always good. But on Thursday, I bought us 2 Pizzas, that i do not even know how to describe. The base was soooo thin, the cheese melted through it, the toppings was so minimal, as example the Miami, which has bacon, feta and avo, there was 4 slices of bacon, about 6 pieces of feta and (I promise) 2 slices of avo. The Pizza base was only filled half, so you had half just crust. I really couldn't believe it, but my daughter then pointed out that it is month end and it's very busy. But you can be how busy, .... that standard of pizza is really not acceptable. But who do you take the complaint to and what will actually be done.
