Purchased 1x zinger fully loaded box meal with a soda fountain Fanta orange and 1x regular fully loaded box meal with a cup soda fountain Coca Cola for lunch today (2025/04/02) in the store.
We specifically asked the lady that was serving us for a chicken drumstick in each. She acknowledged and carried on. After around 10 minutes, she pulled out a buddy Coca Cola and a buddy Fanta orange (we thought it was for someone else). Then, she reads the order and realizes we ordered soda fountain (buddy colddrinks are WAAAAAY overpriced at KFC).
She only then tells us that there is no Fanta orange. My wife asks for Creme Soda. Also no stock...... So, my wife had to actually ASK her what is available.
We get our food, I open the bag, and then I see there is no chip spice. Only tomato sauce. I had to ask her for chip spice.
Now already irritated, we get home, open our food, and no spoons for the mash............................................ Thank goodness we were at home and not eating it on the road.
Leaving the drumsticks for last, we eat everything else. Looking forward to the chicken drumsticks...... Lo and behold, 2x chicken thighs.............................

Walk in during LUNCH hour, atmos is stock kfc so not even going to tag that, ordered at the self service kiosk as the shop is basically empty, the cashpoint attendant is also servicing drive through. After waiting about 10ish minutes the attendant walks up to me and says, sorry the chicken is going to be 20 minutes.... uhhm over your lunchtime rush.... you have to prep your main product, yeah no, refund please. Attendant you can see is at least a little embarrased, manager completely unabashed acting like they doing me a favour. I took the portion of chips which by this time was cold and had to pay for now seperately as a standalone...

The staff is exceptionally rude. The lady taking orders was at the back and had to be called. When she came to the till she served some one behind me, she didn't even ask who was first. The previous time I was there I ordered a burger with no garnish, needless to say when I got home and opened the burger there was garnish on it🤬🤬🤬 I will never set foot in this store again. It's disgusting the service you get...
