Pizza Perfect Winchester Hills — Local services in Gauteng

We ordered a steak pizza with Chilli basting which we've ordered many times without any issues....we received chutney/tomatoe basting when we called to inform the store we received the wrong basting the lady handling our order insisted it was Chilli we asked for them to collect it and see that it was chutney/tomatoe and not Chilli basting she said she would call back after speaking to the manager....we called back after waiting over 20 mins for a response with her still insisting it was Chilli then when we asked her to speak to the manager she handed the phone over to someone who couldn't assist or answer any questions and gave the phone back to the lady she then said we have to bring the pizza in ourselves when we ordered via delivery because we do not have a car to collect on our own....when we asked for the owners details she refused to give it and said the order was made according to head office.....after a long days work all we wanted was to enjoy a steak pizza with Chilli basting which is what we always order and now to have to deal with all this and still have no resolution or anything to eat is quite disappointing as we always support this store....we will never order from them again and advise other customers to...

On the 15th July 2022 I bought a Large Mexican pizza. I kindly requested extra cheese and Avo, when my order was delivered I checked the Avo and cheese were not included. I called them and the gentleman I spoke to said I should wait for the manager to get back to me. Today is the 17th of July I had to call them this morning as to why the manager hasn't called me. The gentleman I spoke to this morning advised that he did pass the message to the manager so he doesn't know why he hasn't called me back. The gentleman I spoke to also advised that on Fridays they are busy so I need to understand that such mistakes happen. Ordered the pizza over phone at 19:10. The lady said would be ready in 30 mins. Got here at 19:54. The lady says they still busy. No apologies or explanation as to why late. Staff carry on talking amongst themselves yet there is Mr.D and Uber eats guus waiting on orders. My order was made while I was waiting for it. Thank God I did not ask fir it to be delivered.
