This is the 3rd time where i buy food as a take away and waiters deliberately decide to remove some items on my takeaway. Today 22/10/2022 the new guy short with a beard assisted me buying meat for a takeway. Two hours later came back to pick my order and he deliberately remove some item and went on to say there is nothing wrapped in it. Only if I could give them zero. I have been asking for a refund for over a month because I swiped my card, the payment went off my bank account and I was told it declined. I then provided all the evidence that the payment went out of my account. Even today all I do is follow up on to be fooled by being told it will be sorted out. I now even know the names of the whole shop because they send me all around to each other. I will never set a foot there again.
