KFC Rua Vista — Restaurant in Gauteng

This is the 3rd time this happens. Everytime I get here, they ask what I want to buy, if meat they ask me if I'm willing to wait!!!! It happened to other 3 customers behind me. Basically after 20:00, they only make meat if someone comes in to buy and bear in mind you have to wait 30 minutes while they said 20 minutes. Imagine busy day as hell, people are drunk, they want food some it has been a long week and they just don't wanna cook and they have to come to KFC WAIT 30 MINUTES!! Guess what they ask you how many pieces you want and they put that number on the oven, the next one that come 3 minutes late, same question and same process. When asked why do this, the answer is there are no people. There's literally a line, they don't sell any other items besides meat. The burgers, wraps and all that? They don't sell. The shopping centre itself closes the gates @19:30 but KFC closes at 23:00pm. To gain access you park your car at the gate and walk in via pedestrian gate. Imagine parking your in such a dangerous place and have to for 30 minutes. Make me understand. Security won't open the gate after 19:00 male or female...
