No licence, no entry. I asked for the manager to assist with an alternative plan on how I can get in by using my ID, anything. He told me we can make a plan, asked me to reverse and wait. He never came back out. I was left without any explanation, nothing. I felt this was very unprofessional for such a prestigious estate. I understand the security measures, but have alternative systems in place so that you can assist customers...
