The quality of the meat at this butchery is excellent — always fresh, well-prepared, and reasonably priced. I really appreciate the variety and consistency, which is why I keep coming back.

However, the service at the tills needs serious improvement. While I was standing in line, all the other cashiers were calling customers to assist them, but the head cashier who assisted me did not. When it was finally my turn, she didn’t greet me, didn’t use basic manners like “please” or “thank you,” and generally came across as rude and disinterested.

It’s disappointing because the quality of the products is outstanding, but the lack of customer service takes away from the overall experience. I hope management addresses this, as better service would make this...
