I need to give a special shout out to the Heritage Pizza Stall. These youngsters make fantastic, handmade, heritage pizza which just tastes divine. For me personally, the best pizza base in both Plettenberg Bay and Knysna combined. The pizzas are not large, yet still perfectly sized for a breakfast option for pizza lovers. Followed up with some excellent caffeine only coffee in the back section of the craft market by the J&H brothers. If Pizzas are not your thing there are some divine Samosas right next to the coffee stall where you can order yours freshly cooked while you wait for your coffee from the barista team. Alternatively have an omelette for an egg breakfast. This pet friendly, wheelchair friendly market has a lot to offer with a lovely atmosphere, good oldies music or even the odd live performance. Your taste buds will definitely find something to feast on. Have a look at some of the hand made crafts for some useful items around your home or even arty displays for tourists alike. You might even spot a wolf or two from the Wolf santuary coming for their weekly visit from just...

Lovely open air safe shopping experience. Friendly stall holders selling a wide variety of food, gifts and goods. Amazing selection of delectable breakfasts, jams, pickles & preserves, fudge, breads, cakes, cookies, macarons, pancakes, samosas. Fresh fruit and vegetables, nuts, meat, cheese. Home made pies, quiches, muesli. Farm fresh eggs and duck eggs. Spices, olives and olive oil. Delicious healthy frozen fruit slush smoothies. Tea, coffee. Wonderful selection of flowers and plants and fruit bearing bushes and trees. Seedlings. Huge variety of beautiful hand made gifts and useful items in the Craft section; paintings, jewellery, table runners and cushion covers, greetings cards, wooden toys and items for the home. Leather work. Laser cut gifts. Wood craft. Pottery. Beadwork. Delightful felt & crochet goods. Simply too much to mention...

I visit this market whenever I'm in the area, but will not support it ever again. Today our vehicle was broken into and a number of valuables were stolen. No, we weren't negligent, we always ensure that all our doors are locked before we leave the vehicle and that there are no valuables visible inside. Yet, somehow, with "car guards" in attendance, our vehicle was broken into, alarm deactivated and all our valuables taken in a timespan of 10minutes. Perhaps the organisers should be more proactive in ensuring the safety of their patrons and their vehicles or they'll continue to...

This is one of the most friendly happy markets someone can go to... all the food is amazing and well priced... the stalls all have something different and amazing to offer and the atmosphere is fantastic. I've been going any time I get the chance since I was a little girl, and it's hardly changed... and the few changes have been for the better! They're only open on a Saturday which means you have to really plan to get there on time, but it's so worth it.
