She explained all the different discount opportunities and seamlessly made me understand the benefits thereof. Most of us would have to admit that we’ve had our share of mediocre service from companies in the past. However, some companies are starting to "get it". They realize that in today's global marketplace, consumers have a greater number of choices than ever. Opened an account online this morning, very quick and helpful lady. She explained the account is open I must just go to my nearest branch with ID and proof of address to collect a card and activate the app. The lady at the branch who receives people was extremely dismissive and told me that's not how it works despite the fact that the online consultant gave me clear directions. When she saw I wasn't going to budge she told me I'm going to wait at least an hour before a consultant will see me. Seems like she just wanted to get rid of customers, to which I obliged.
