KFC Caltex Mossel Bay — Restaurant in George

The sinking of the Titanic was a disaster is sinking faster. If only l had read the reviews beforehand then l would have known.

It seems KFC dont care about there customers at all. After paying for my order l was told there was a 15 minute wait for chicken....40 minutes later really 40 minutes later l got my order.

Only to arrive home to get ice cold chips ooohhhh and dont we all love those, mash that was only gravy, warm coleslaw after being paked on top of the chicken( if only that was the chips) in one word a horrible tasteless meal.

R244 l might have thrown in the bin not to say my time nor petrol. I could have gone to MacDonalds l would have been helped alot faster alot and with a smile and had goten warm food.

This is not the first time lve complained, but apparently KFC dont care about the locals coming back.

Do u have a manager?? It does not seem like that. At 10 to 10 l tried to phone but nobody...

This is the WORST KFC I have ever attended.

I placed an order at the drive-thru where i was told to wait about 8 minutes for my zinger order. Which I had no issue doing.

10 minutes passed, 15 minutes passed and then 20 minutes passed. I then proceeded to enter the store to find out what the issue might have been.

I receive no service whatsoever until 5 minutes later when I decided to voice my issue out loud, I was then told I would need to wait another 10 minutes as the zinger fillets were not even prepared as of yet. I then asked to rather have a full refund of my funds to which I then had to wait another 15 minutes to actually get my money at the till.

I am DISGUSTED with this service and will indefinitely advise all my friends/family members aswell as colleagues to never...

Ŵhen i arrive the main doors was closed already. I went to the drive through and asked the lady if there is enough cooked chicken. We then waited more than a hour just to get to the pay point. There excuse was that they needed to cooke new chicken. My point is, are they not suppose to make sure rhat if the chicken pieces are low to cook in advance to make sure there is no waiting time. Secondly if the car at the collecting point is waiting for what ever is out of stock just ask them to wait in front of the shop and that someone will bring it to him. I also asked the lady if the shop is closed and replied yes but at the side door people was coming and going with orders. Where is the manager to manage...
