Im really disappointed in MTN Lalucia I should have never upgraded with them . All the employees that worked there and always was eager to help left . There is new people and they clearly don’t know what they doing ☹️There is mo after service I had a problem with my new phone charging took it back in two months,the girl wasn’t helpful at all and told me there is nothing wrong with my phone 5 months and two weeks my phone went black I took it back, again they told me I must take it in myself to Samsung 😟😡Be careful there is clearly no after service anymore in this store ,Samsung service center confirmed that there is something broken in my charger area and the LCD needs to be replaced 😡😡MTN you just lost a longtime client because of incompetence I will definitely never ever go back to MTN La lucia your service is not up to standard and you will loose more and more...

Horrible experience at the parking lot on the top base of the mall. Car guards are racist they open up parking for whites or Indians only I saw it happen to me yesterday afternoon by the pick n pay clothing entrance where I was waiting to park at a vacant space that was in front of me and only to be played by a horrible foreign car guard who removed a cone to make way for his preferred Indian Peugueot car and he laughed and he ran off. They need to understand that they don't own those free parkings upstairs we owe them zero cents when we use those parkings so they can't sell us parking space at the cost of our skin colour.
