Nouriti Health Cafè — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

So I decided to give them another shot and this time I was even more disappointed. My order was exactly the same as before. My coffee arrived in about 3 minutes and then I had to wait a further 30 minutes for the eggs. As you can see by the photos, the eggs looked like congealed glue slathered across the plate and were almost raw. How the chef could send out a dish like is beyond belief. When I raised the issue with the manager he promised me a better experience when I next visited Nouriti. I won’t be going back.

Ordered two soft poached eggs on sourdough and a coffee. My order arrived with one broken yolk spilled across the plate (which is not the end of the world) and the other yolk in tact. The part that spoiled the meal was that both eggs were cold and therefore quite unappealing . The coffee was good and the mini muffin was a nice touch. The service was indifferent to say the least. We have been regulars at the La Lucia store for years.. so was very excited to find out that you’d opened a branch in UMHLANGA. I’ve eaten there twice in the last month and both times the food was extremely disappointing no where near the excellence of your LL Branch First time, I had a chicken salad with a whole packet of unsalted walnuts on the salad and my husband had the Asian bowl which was diabolical. Yesterday I went with friends.. two of us had stir fries with brown rice which were tasty. The other had a breakfast dish which was fair but the other two were presented with a huge solid blob of sticky rice with their veg poke bowl and ginger chicken.See pics below Staff were lovely but seemed all over the place. When we visit malls we always look for places like this where we can just grab a bite and be on our way. This is one of the best food places in the Mall and always served in time and the order will be perfectly setup. They never disappoint when it comes to serving what is written in the menu.

I gave them 5 stars because for a period of time I visited the site the place is always neat and beautiful. The environment is very welcoming and friendly.

I really hope they continue serving with pride and providing the great service. 👌 Keep it up team...
