Got in at 6pm with a group of 24. Everything looked lovely and divine. Since we were 5 families we suggested to break the orders into 5 sections to make it easier to handle. At end of the 1st order the ordering handheld device battery quits. Restart the ordering process. Eventually orders are place but we are waiting a while. Upon enquiring after some time elapses, we see the ice cream machine is broken. We are told firstly it just broke, then we are told the machine is perpetually faulty. The result was just delayed serving of our orders. Sugen the manager really pushed to get the orders out more speedily so hats off to him. The icing on top, was wen the bill was presented, additional items appeared on printouts. All in all a not so pleasant...
Read moreWent to visit the new mall in town on the 1st of November and we stopped by to Milky lane and we were greeted by the wonderful Tracy ( hope I’m saying her name right) she was just amazing, her service was so homey and welcoming. The weather was not on our side for it was a bit chilly but you’d quickly forget that cause we were well taken care of. Milky lanes Ice creams is always a bomb that we know but service wise you wouldn’t find such in every Milky lane and Milky Lane Westown did it for me, they were so kind and I can’t wait to go back there and shoot more content 📸❤️

According to my friends the top person there or the manager told the staff to just continue serving the ice cream as if he knew the ice cream had gone off.
