Pizza Perfect Monument — Local services in Mogale City Local Municipality

I stay just down the road and often order from this branch but I will no longer be doing so. Since you guys have hired the woman answering the calls for orders, the service is absolutely ridiculous. There used to be a well spoken gentleman (sounded younger) that was efficient and great. Now this woman and now a new man also taking orders that have no telephone manners. When you call, once it will go to voicemail then the following 4 calls will ring once or twice then the call is dropped/or declined. I asked to speak to a manager tonight to bring it to his attention but there was no love lost from his side. I've always supported you guys but lately the service is ridiculous to nonexistent and the pizzas aren't great either. I don't think I will be buying pizza from monument again. The last few months the pizza has not been on paar. I have complained telephonically and have even gone to return a pizza where the pineapple was sour. My pizza has been cold when delivered. The standard is not the same everything. Today my pizza had excessive chilly on and the cheese was burnt. I think the pizza was reheated which resulted the the cheese not having a nice taste.
