Pizza Perfect Weltevreden Park — Local services in Roodepoort

Although this is my favorite pizza outlet in the country, I just wanted to pay thanks for the extra mile everyone went to just to get dinner to my family. We had a major power outage yesterday and I was not able to get my car out of the garage. The heavens then decided to open, which did not subside for a long time. After 8:00pm, I decided to call and ask if they were still able to deliver, with having no power in the area and poor weather conditions – and of course, they were able to assist. 45 minutes later I got a call from the driver that the intercom to our complex was not operating, so I asked for his patience while I walked from the furthest end of the complex. When I arrived at the gate, he was all smiles and apologised to me for the inconvenience – to which I responded how sorry I was - as there he was, on a scooter, standing in the rain (his raingear dripping), vulnerably waiting for me in the dark. Phenomenal! Congratulations to Weltevreeden Pizza Perfect. Weltevreeden does not describe how elated I am, that I have found a Puzza Perfect Franchise that just does what it promises. I ordered, they understood, they checked my address, they gave me a time line and met it. My food arrived, order correct, delivered on time, by a person who clearly understands service delivery. Thank you guys. Job well done. I tried for years to get the Randridge Mall branch to do the same and never could. The fact that the Randrudge branch closed down, is a testament to the value of customer service. Ir the lack thereof. Thank you for restoring my faith in your product....

Weltevredenpark Pizza Perfect used to be great. Not sure what changed, but they just can't seem to get our order right. Previous time they brought the wrong pizza's, now they just forgot that we phoned in our order all together. We had to phone an hour later when we were informed that the delivery guy has left and should arrive soon. 15 minutes later we got a call from them to ask what we ordered. They lost our order and we had to wait another 40 minutes. I am afraid that this will be the last time I will ever order anything from them. They really lost...
