Had the worst experience at Pick n Pay Clothing on Monday afternoon. After having two successful shopping trips since the opening, my husband and I had to return a shirt for a smaller size. We went inside, got the size I wanted and went to the pay point, with no other client in sight. The cashier was looking at a printed A4-document, not recognizing us. After a while, another client approached the pay point, from the opposite side, the cashier packed her sheets away and called her. When we asked how this system works and why are we not noticed, NOR called, the cashier had the audacity to say that she would get someone else to assist us. Obviously, my husband and I left. We got as far as the door and my husband turned around asking to see the manager, who was standing on a ladder, and not making any effort to deal with this matter in a professional manner. She didn't say a word nor put in any effort to help or comfort us. From now, I will take my business...

Parking here whether outside or undercover is great. Just wish the car guards were not there, they are relentless - just glorified begging really. Cars get stolen from shopping centre parking lots even if you allow them to watch your car, they don't deter...

Great anchor shops such as Woolworths (including a clothing side) Checkers, Dischem, Pep Home, and various others. I would say it now is one of the upper echelon Shopping Centres.
