Greenways Golf Estate — Local services in Western Cape

I used to own a property in this lovely estate, prior to relocating. Sadly I recently started looking for units to rent/buy and it seems that just about every unit/house has never been renovated or remodeled. They have finishes, appliances and carpets etc. from 20 years ago. Yet the rates owners are charging are relative to 2022 rental (on modern) properties. Come on! Update your properties before you advertise them at 2022...

Cameras are everywhere if you have a lost child they would probably find the child immediately in this estate the clubhouse is very good i haven't tried their food yet they have a pool for kids and a deeper pool unfortunately not heated.they also have a tennis court and obviously multiple parks with a gold course and the open beach that is just for the people...

People its maybe a well managed estate and a very neat estate. but there levies are ridiculously high if one is owning a property there. you will definitely not be getting value for money. there is something fishy with the body corporates running the estate.
