Yecheon Hot Spring — Local services in North Gyeongsang

This is a spa in the middle of the countryside and completely unexpected. It has to be the local meeting location. The spa is on the smaller size with only two indoor pools and one sauna. All pools are hot or warm no cold, the outdoor area has two nice pools as well. The place is very well taken care of and very clean.

It will blow your mind on how there are so many people. I’ve been to spas that are large and maybe one or two people but this small one has so many people. I think that explains the electric toilets. They must have a ton of funding from all the visitors.

It is a really nice spa overall the water is so fresh and it’s so well taken care of so I had to give it 4 stars. There is nothing really special but to find something like this out in the middle of nowhere is a real treat, and right up the road about 2km is a very pretty view of the river.

It’s worth your time to visit if you’re in the area and need a shower but I wouldn’t go real far out of your way just to visit the spa.

The spa cost 10,000 and parking is not an issue.

I went Sunday at 0630 and it was beyond crowded but everyone knows everyone it’s like they all went to high school together...

The water is SO clean and clear.
