We decided to buy out first property in Mallorca last year and after a couple of failed bids we ended up with a really nice house in Peguera. We have been living abroad as expats for most of our working lives – moving and setting up a house is something we have had to do many times. This time we felt that having a single point of contact and someone who could design and renovate the house would be valuable.

During our house search we saw a house that Knox design had set-up and we were impressed by the workmanship and the joyful design so we contacted her and asked for her help. We have not regretted our decision, especially as Covid-19 happened and we were unable to visit Mallorca the four months after we took ownership of the property.

Justine managed the whole project from inception to the end without having met us in person once and we mostly communicated over chat and phone. When we finally managed to get a flight down and opened the door to our new house we were instantly at home!

We are simply astonished how she understood our preferences and needs this accurately without having met us. We now have a colourful, joyful, charming, inviting and relaxed home in which we can’t wait to invite family and friends!

We empowered and entrusted Knox to re-design the interior look and feel with new fixtures and fittings in our Mallorca home over the winter.

As we were to be thousands of miles away all winter, we had to truly trust Justine's design prowess knowing that colour matching by WhatsApp image for example would never show a realistic match.

Our initial interior look had proved to be a little too minimalist and quite stark and impractical at times. It was well over 10 years old and much has changed since. The brief was to make it more current, while improving the colour scheme and all furnishings to create a more homely vibe.

The end result is AMAZING and well beyond our expectations.

My advice to anyone considering engaging Knox is to empower them to go beyond your own ideas as the end result will equally be beyond your expectations.

Having waited for a house to be built in another location for 2 years , we gave up without a brick in the ground. In May 2019,we found a house in Port Soller , our dream destination ,which was nearly complete and agreed to buy it once ready .We went to Knox Design on the recommendation of an estate agent to furnish it throughout.

We live and work in England so visits were restricted.Justine was great , calm and helpful so that the task didn't seem as daunting as we first thought .

We bought everything from beds to wardrobes , from blinds to sunbeds, , tables ,chairs and outdoor furniture from Knox. This was all ordered in 3 visits between May and August.
