Caution:The biggest negative part here is the bus schedule you see on the internet to go to the central city is either not correct or not applicable !!! So do not expect a bus every 30 minutes or every 1 hour. The buses (plural) will arrive right before the arrivals of planes !!!!!!!! (Surely it’s not so taxi people can make a living or quick buck ). The bus drivers will also not care while one is waiting outside the bus stop or bus stand , they will just take off . These buses are not like with numbers or letters. The will just say Granada Centro pretty much like charter style buses being used for local bus transport. So it’s definitely old school even when compared to Mallorcas bus system.
The airport itself is very simple, and that’s a welcome these days because one is not forced to go shopping etc like at other modern intl and...

Arrival story: I arrived to the airport at 11 pm, it was a power outage for 2 hours, no cab, one full bus that moved after 1 hour. I get to my hotel finally at 1:30 am.
Departure Story: [In short, RACISM] I have checked in online and after passing all of the step of security check they told me they cannot read my online Bar code and send me back to a non-reasonable line of bag check-in. After coming back, they kept me for 10 minutes to search all of my luggage, just to show me who is the boss! Then, I tried to buy some food from their coffee shop and when I asked the cashier that I want it to go, and please give me a bag, she throw the bag to my face with a non-friendly facial expression.
Their employees lie to your face! The worst airport that...

First the beeper went off as I walked through the detector and rather than searching my person, they searched my bag. The next on entering the easyJet flight: I was asked for further proof of identity on top of my passport. No one else was asked (at least not the white people in front or behind me). I asked why and the best answer was, ‘it came on the system to ask you’. It’s not nice to leave Granada feeling discriminated against on the basis of my skin colour or name. Such ignorance. I am not a terrorist. I am a hard-working doctor, a woman who tries her best and who contributes positively to different communities. I came as a tourist on holiday and contributed toward their economy.. I feel the...
