brought a property in spain looked up about furniture packages and came across a few, so we were in contact with kathy asking questions can we mix and match and drop stuff out and add on other things instead etc .. which of course you can, kathy said you can do whatever suits you

only there for 3 days excited trying to do as much as we could

1st port of call was to furniturexpress met with the lovely Kathy and Tony was seen by Kathy who asked us what property did we have general chit chat getting to know each other asked us what sort of package we would like so we said well we would like this but not that and didnt want this but would want that and everytime Kathy said thats not a problem that can be sorted and if your unsure Kathy will help you with colours she has a brilliant eye she knows what goes with what i called upon it a couple of times think i eneded up mixing a few packages but nothing was a problem this lady wanted us to have what we wanted and was only to pleased to help us have our dream home in spain complete the no rush rush its in your time ( even tho she does have a home life you would never know we took her way over her time ) and it was us who said we must go and let you get home but wasnt no problem to Kathy

materials on sofas whatever we wanted Kathys aim was to make it happen, so very professional she knows her job inside out we gave her measurements roughly (lol) and she would scale it and when we checked the meaurement back at appartment Kathys spot on shes amazing there were things we didnt measure properly top of curtain poles (which tbh wouldnt have thought of doing) but again Kathys on the ball

once you have chosen your dream furniuture and there are 3 floors of everything you will need

BUT THIS LADY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND HER CALL OF DUTY IN THE SHOP i wasnt well and with 10 mins i was in her doctors surgrey and her doctor was talking to my doctor in the uk and and another 10 mins i had a prescription in my hand and the Kathy took us to the chemist

next day we were back wanted to change couple of things buy something different drop something out change a pic, paperwork came out all changed no trouble at all

she takes the weight of of your shoulders such a lovely lady so professional friendly from when you walk in the shop shes yours until you walk out

also we asked her about white goods washing machine etc .. could she point us in the right direction and not a problem in her car she showed us a shop we could buy the goods, there is nothing Kathy wont help you with

Totally amazing!!! We have just purchased a 2 bed apartment in San Juan de Los Terreros & after reading reviews about furniture express decided to go with them. We actually visited the store (my husband always goes on the side of caution)to make our choices of wall art, bed linen & design of furniture etc although we didn’t need to, it was all exactly as shown on the website.i have always been very particular & can change my mind at the drop of a hat but Kathy you must have the patience of a saint working with me! I changed my mind so often even I forgot what I had ordered lol! But Your advice, support & design ideas have been amazing & we have turned our 2 bed apartment into an amazing home that we will shortly be our place of residence. The quality of furniture & installation is outstanding & what is included in each package is amazing. The furniture looks great at first and Kathy and the rest of the staff are very helpful however the furniture ages very quickly. After 5 years we are having to renew most things in an apartment that we use 2/3 months a year max. The marble coffee table broke into pieces, the dining chairs are peeling, we had to replace the sofa due to the same peeling, it's not leather just cheap chinese plastic. Its called bonded leather which is plastic with a tiny layer of leather glued to the plastic, this peels after a couple of years. The mattresses have been replaced. The pictures are cheap rubbish which you can pick up in the chinese shops for a tenth of the price.
