I just finished renovating my small beach house in Aqaba. The best thing that happened was coming across the beautiful Maluku day bed on Instagram! I followed the post and found out that this gorgeous piece came from a wonderful place called ZocoHome. I reached out and set up a call with the team and ended up buying literally everything from there! A container load of gorgeous unique pieces shipped all the way from Spain to Jordan! I specifically want to acknowledge Carmen Harkness for her amazing professional support, diligence and patience working with me on completing all my orders. Carmen truly went out of her way to help me select the right pieces, showing me pics and sending me videos of what’s available in store, by the time I placed the final order, I felt we became friends! I am particularly grateful for the after sale service and the constant follow up to make sure that everything is OK and that the items arrived safely in Aqaba. I appreciate that shipping to Aqaba is not something they have done before, and I am so glad that they managed to organize it for me. I would’ve described Zoco Homes this way - service, quality and professionalism on high level! Me and my husband have bought a new apartment in Benalmadena, Malaga and we needed to furnish it asap cz of lack of time as we do not live in Spain constantly. We were lucky to find Zoco Home to help us - Johanna has provided us with all the necessary and honest info according to the delivery ( as it was vacation time in Spain), Rocio has maid wonderful interior design matches our taste and afterwords we got very stylish furniture and decorative accessories - delivered and set up by Luis and Rocio from Zoco Home. We shouldn’t have moved a finger by ourself - fantastic! But even all this is not the most important thing! I wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered a large dining table for our wedding ceremony and contacted Zoco Home directly to make sure we picked the right one and confirmed the delivery time. We absolutely needed the table within 3–5 weeks, and Zoco Home promised it would be no problem at all. I was given written confirmation three separate times that shipping would take no longer than 2–3 weeks.

Now, almost 2 months later, the table has completely vanished into thin air. We’ve been fed excuse after excuse, with FOUR different delivery dates that all turned out to be lies. At this point, I’m not even sure if the table will ever arrive. And this for a purchase of €5,000!!!
