Punta Carnero is a headland on the coast of Spain, near the city of Algeciras, where the eastern end of Gallows Hill descends 200 metres to meet the Mediterranean Sea. Its most prominent feature is Punta Carnero lighthouse, which marks the entrance to the Bay of Gibraltar and the Strait of Gibraltar.

Non lo considererei un posto balneabile, tra scogli, rocce e alghe, lo vedo come un buon posto per la pesca o per una passeggiata. L'acqua ha creato un paesaggio roccioso molto peculiare e se si é amanti del paesaggismo, si possono intraprendere percorsi da ingressi differenti, camminare su terra o sulle rocce, fino a vedere Gibilterra o il Marocco. Peccato per la presenza in alcune zone di rifiuti o scoli fognari.
