We went to this restaurant last year and thought it was a lovely place to celebrate our friends Birthday . This week we went again , this time to celebrate our Anniversary , a different experience and not a good one Our guest ordered Baby Lamb cutlets , and received a Shoulder joint , on speaking to the Waiter he just said the no understand speech , we did explain several times and reverted to the Menu to show him , eventually after we had enough of being told it was cutlets and pointing out my dinner which was identical and was the Shoulder cut not-cutlets . Eventually they offered to change it but it was too late as the others had by this time finished there Meal . I did request if there was a complaint form much to their amusement , they said there was'nt . I wanted to bring my neighbors there next week , but we will not now be using your Restaurant . The waiters did not seem to know how to deal with a customer complaints . Very disappointing experience though the food was very good the service was terrible, taking 3 and half hours to finish a 2 course meal. We were only the second table to arrive at the restaurant which half an hour later was completely full to capacity. Revert other table was served as their courses before us and we were almost the last take to leave the restaurant When the main course did eventually arrive part of it was cold on three of the meals. The waiter knocked over a drink when serving the table only to apologise, take the drink away only to write the bottle down and bring back the same half empty bottle of drink. The menu was offered in English as well as Spanish and though two of our party spoke very good Spanish there was a communication difficulty between us and this also impacted in the service. Lamentable.
Hemos ido 6 personas a cenar. Las 6 nos hemos ido decepcionados e incluso enfadados, debido a la elaboración de los platos, la espera entre un plato y otro, y la atención.
Cuando hemos probado la ensalada parecían patrocinados por “hacendado” cuando te la cobran a precio de “ensalada de la huerta”
El arroz caldoso, después de hora y media de haberlo pedido, parecía más bien una sopa de arroz, con sabor a agua. A menú de colegio al mediodía.
La pasta rellena con “salsa” otra sopa. La salsa era pura agua, y si tenías suerte, entre cucharada y cucharada, te saciabas con un bocado de pasta.
El secreto era seco, y el atún rojo lo mejor de la noche, pero si no hubiésemos hecho la digestión entre plato y plato, seguramente nos hubiese sabido mejor.
La atención pésima. Hemos pedido desde el sentarnos, hasta 3 veces una botella de agua, cuando nos la traen, después de 3 intentos, nos han cobrado con la cuenta 2 botellas, cuando sólo nos habían traído una.
Cabe decir que el local estaba prácticamente vacío, con lo que no justifica la espera, y ni mucho menos la atención; ya que al explicarle al camarero que nos habían cobrado un agua de más, además de muy buenas formas, nos ha levantado la voz diciendo explícitamente “qué problema tiene caballero?” Con un tono ostentoso y prepotente.
Nos hemos tenido que ir pidiendo por favor la cuenta, para lo que han sido muy veloces.
