We called to Home Zentrum on Saturday afternoon to see about purchasing some new beds. The shop had been recommended to us by somebody who lives in Tias and was already a satisfied customer. The lady in the shop spoke to us about different options and then left to allow us to make our decision. She did not pester us or stand over us!! After ordering the beds she said that they would be delivered on Thursday and that she would e mail on Wednesday with the delivery time. The beds arrived at the time stated and the two young men made a careful delivery and never touched our other furniture as they moved in the new beds and took away the old ones. They insisted on taking away the packaging and they fixed the legs to the frame before leaving. Not just a good service but a great service!! Would I shop there...

I have a property in Puerto del Carmen, which I have purchased furniture from Home Zentrum on a number of occasions. An outside table and chairs I purchased has failed just after 2 years. I puchased the table and set of 6 chairs , and only recently have found out that the table top has failed and now the chairs have since gone the same way. Although I'm not sure when this occured as I haven't been to my property for 18 months and due to Corvid 19 , only when my security Manager checked the property noticed the failure of the table and now the chairs. I am concerned that other items that have I purchased may also fail due to the poor quality your firm supplied me, as I would expect these items from a quality supplier to last more than just over 2 years even in...

Visited looking for a new patio table and chairs and found exactly what we were looking for. Our experience in store was great. Juana was so helpful and despite us not speaking much Spanish she was very patient and understanding. Our delivery was scheduled for the next day. Received an email from Juana confirming the time. The driver contacted us the next day to say they would be a little late which was very considerate. On arrival the men were so pleasant and friendly. The table was flat packed but they brought it onto the terrace, unpacked it and built it. We are so pleased with the dining set, it looks amazing and was reasonably priced.
