Bertal — Local services in Valencia

Staying in orriols area of Valencia found a branch of Bertal in Bilbao road. Went there for coffee, orange juice and cakes for breakfast and twice in the evening for a burger. First time I sat outside and had the Majorcan burger w crispy onions brie bacon. It was a very tasty burger but rather lukewarm. Que decir de este sitio, para empezar si teneis prisa ni lo piseis porque no os lo van a dar, hemos estado desde las 18:40 y nos han traido las cosas a las 19:30 sin exagerar y hemos pedido solo: un crepe, una orxata y una porra CASI UNA HORA DE ESPERA, y mirad que tampoco habia tanta faena lo podria haber hecho yo con los ojos cerrados, y yo trabajo en la hosteleria y sé de lo q hablo. A este lugar le doy un 1 porque no le puedo dar menos, de verdad os digo q no he visto un servicio más lento en mi vida y mira q he ido a bastantes sitios, ademas la orxata q me han servido sabia de todo menos a orxata nunca me habia enfadado tanto con un servicio y eran 3 personas q lo pueden sacar perfectamente. De verdad es un sitio q no recomendaria a nadie y la comida nada del otro mundo. Por la lentitud y la mediocridad de los platos deberian darme la merienda gratis. Ademas me decian “enseguida” y nunca me lo traian asi hasta q paso 1h. En definita podria estar horas escribiendo pero es una reseña y debo hacerla corta. En resumen: experiencia horrible de verdad no vengais y si tuviera que otorgarle un adjetivo calificativo a este lugar...

I really don't get this. I ordered a fruit crepe. They have maybe 4 sweet options for those in the menu. The crepe batter was tasteless, no salt, no sugar.
