🌿 An Unforgettable Experience at Spa Ceylon Pelawatta 🌿 Today I visited Spa Ceylon Pelawatta for my monthly facial, and I must say it was an experience on a whole next level! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with exceptional service and a warm, calming atmosphere. Every staff member, including the security personnel, was incredibly courteous and professional. The beautician who attended to me was clearly well trained and highly experienced. I’ve visited many salons and spas before, often leaving disappointed, but Spa Ceylon completely exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and customer care is unmatched. What truly made the experience even more special was the thoughtful touch at the end a delicious fruit achcharu and a cup of soothing herbal tea. It’s these little things that show how much they care about their clients. This is an honest review from a very happy customer. I have no affiliation with Spa Ceylon and have not been paid to write this. I’m simply sharing my genuine appreciation for the outstanding service I received. If you’re considering where to go for your next facial or spa treatment don’t waste your time or money elsewhere. Visit Spa Ceylon Pelawatta and treat yourself. Trust me, you won’t want to go anywhere...
Read moreI bought 2 foot massage treatments for me and my Mum. I don’t tell Mum what treatment I bought because it was surprise for her. We were sitting in the same room but far from each other. I saw my Mum’s therapist was not really there. She just walk out and come back most of the time. In the end she finished half an hour before( supposed to be 2 hours). I asked the management what is the reason for that. Management asked therapist. So therapist decided to do a shorter treatment for the same price just because she can have more break. I do understand these things can happen with employees. What made me more disappointed is how management reacted to it. They did not take the responsibility of it. They just said sorry. For me I felt Mum didn’t have the treatment I paid for because therapist was not in present even the one and half hours she did the treatment plus we didn’t get the treatment we paid for. I requested full refund or re do the whole massage we paid for they refused it. So I’m not going to this place anymore. There are more things happened, it is hard to explain here but people can get an idea about this place for massages. I’m sure products may be good since other...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer of Spa Ceylon since its inception and have always had good experiences. However, yesterday I had the worst experience in the past 15 years of using Spa Ceylon products and services at the Pelawatta outlet. I made a simple, special request for the lights to be dimmed as I was suffering from a headache. Unfortunately, this was met with unnecessary resistance and backlash. My treatment was disrupted several times, which completely ruined the experience. I am deeply grateful to the massage therapist who went out of her way to accommodate my request, but the customer care and attention from the rest of the staff—especially those at the counter downstairs—was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Considering Spa Ceylon’s reputation as a global brand, I believe situations like this should be taken very seriously to ensure customers have a consistent and respectful experience. I was so upset that I could not complete my treatment and, despite paying in full, I walked out in disgust. It is very sad that this happened with a brand I have trusted, used, and even actively promoted among my friends and family for...
