Mismanagement of the finest kind. I placed my order on July 6th 2024 and to date there has been no delivery. Today is the 25th. Ikea is supposed to be an international company, I ordered my goods online in Germany for delivery in Greece from Ikea Hellas.

De pire en pire, de plus plus nul toujours pas de reponse pour ma cuisine si peut-être en avril ou en mai pour une cuisine prévue en janvier debut fevrier( date reporté de 15 jours) Alors que dois je faire manger des sandwichs et en donner à ma famille puisque pas de point de chauffe installation non complète pour une cuisine payé en decembre 7/12/23. pouvez vous me donner des renseignements sur ce dossier, sinon un conseil pour tous les futurs acheteurs refechissez bien deux avant d'aller chez IKEA note 1/2 etoile et encore et vous devriez revoir vos magasin en France car c'est une honte vous votre enseigne surtout celui de Dijon cuisine commandé en novembre pour montage en janvier reporté en février mais soucis il manque du matériel : charnières caisson tourniquet plan de travail abimé et crédence absente. pas d'excuses ne savons quand...
