SHOCKING! Less then one star for entire IKEA! I started ordering my kitchen in February. Still nothing! I had numerous appointments canceled without so much as a text message even. I taken days off work driven to appointments only to find out they were canceled. I was supposed to have kitchen delivered today. Guess what? It was canceled! My entire order was canceled and no one notified me. I took a day off work and waited at home and no one showed up. When I called to see why I was told my entire order was canceled because they were missing 2 parts that I could have easily changed for something else or even buy at the different store. The customer service offered me reimbursement or i can make another order for end of the month. And God knows will that one arrive! When I asked can I go and pick up my order myself (with a rented van that I would have to pay) they still couldn’t guarantee that my order will be available even minus those 2 parts. Read moreUNSÄGLICH... new IKEA service product! I reported a complaint to the German IKEA hotline twice about three weeks ago - no response. The reason for the complaint was a delivery, scheduled for 7:00 a.m. At 6:30 a.m., my 85-year-old mother, who is in poor health, was woken up by a hurricane-like ringing of the doorbell. Ontop the IKEA delivery driver signed the delivery note as customer and simply confirmed that the goods were undamaged. Screwups do happen, I understand that, but not responding at all is UNSÄGLICH!!! HELLO, IKEA... IS ANYBODY THERE... YOUR CUSTOMER CARE...
